The International Lobster Festival 2005

LobsterFest Pictures !

 

The seventh annual Lobster Dog Pet Parade played to a maximum-size crowd on Sept. 17, 2005, on the main stage at the Port of Los Angeles Lobster Festival. 

Phil Moore presided as master of ceremonies and Spike from the Long Beach Ice Dogs served as grand marshal while owners brought many dogs in sea-life costumes to compete for prizes.

"Little House On The Prairie" and Jack and Stench from The Jamie, Jack and
Stench morning show on   STAR FM 98.7 FM  judged the dogs in their custom-made costumes to select these winners:

The event is capped off by Jim Hall, coordinator of the Lobster Fest, presenting our President, Kimberley Foley with a check for $500.  PDPI has elected to forward that check to the Humane Society Of United States to aid in pet rescue for animals stranded by Hurricane Katrina.
